Creating The Life You Desire

Are you considering changes in your life?  Do you know how to go about making them happen?  This is where I come in. Through my insight (psychic abilities), coaching, and organization.  It is hard work changing your habits to create the life you desire. All of us currently live the life we've chosen. It doesn't matter that we didn't know any better, the fact is our life is a representation of our thoughts and actions.  If you  think a certain way you will behave as such.

The first thing you need to be able to determine is do you really want a different life than you already have?  Are you dissatisfied because you got lazy and complacent, or do you really want  something different.  There are many questions you need to ask yourself.  Get down to the nitty gritty and be very honest.  Are you willing to do the work?

Once you know what life you really want, then you need to set goals to get you there. These start with long term working down to what you are going to do on a daily basis to achieve your dream life. Your goals have to be realistic and this again means being honest. For example: Are you really only going to eat healthy foods for the rest of your life and never slip up?  Answer is no. So create steps for dealing with those times you slip back into old habits or make a goal of eating healthy 3 days a week. At first you will look at it as silly, but you can eat healthy every other day, that's easy right? It takes 30 days to develop a habit.  I think you will find that at the end of your thirty days you will be eating healthy most of the time as a result of committing to your 3 days.

Last, but not least, you will have to change your thought habits. This takes time and a lot of effort at first, but like anything else in life, with practice you become proficient.  You will need to start recognizing your negative thoughts, not the obvious ones, those will be easy to spot. I am talking about the sly, little thoughts. For instance: the word "should" , while you think to yourself life "should" be like this or that, it isn't. The only thing you have control over is your thoughts and feelings.  That's it!  Maybe life should be fair, maybe everyone should be rich, maybe everyone should have their own home, good healthy  food to eat, nice clothes to wear, etc. Get rid of the word should.  Just for today notice how many times you use that word and find a replacement for each statement you make with the word should

Last note for today....be grateful for the life you do have. List 10 things today that you are grateful for and then tell why. See if it opens your eyes and heart to creating the life you desire.

Be blessed today and always.
